INTRODUCTION
Human papillomavirus (HPV) is the main cause of cervical cancer, affecting nearly 500,000 women around the world every year and killing more than 270,000. The disease usually progresses very slowly and until there are signs that often cause serious consequences for the health of women, so early detection and screening of this virus is extremely urgent.
TopSENSI® HPV PCR-RDB Genotype Kit is a test kit that helps determine HPV genotype by PCR combined with Reverse Dot Blot (RDB). The kit allows accurate detection of the presence of 35 HPV (Human papilloma virus) genotypes in humans. Including 12 high-risk strains, 10 high-risk strains and 13 low-risk strains.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Simple process easy manipulation
- Simultaneously detects 35 types of variants including high-risk, low-risk and high-risk
- High specificity
- Convenience: providing both PCR and RDB kits
COMPONENTS
The kit includes 1 box of HPV PCR Kit and 1 box of HPV RDB Kit
