Human papillomavirus (HPV) is the main cause of cervical cancer, affecting nearly 500,000 women around the world every year and killing more than 270,000. The disease usually progresses very slowly and until there are signs that often cause serious consequences for the health of women, so early detection and screening of this virus is extremely urgent.
TopSENSI® HPV Genotype RDB Kit is a test kit based on the Reverse Dot Blot method that allows accurate detection of 35 human papilloma virus (HPV) genotypes, including 14 high-risk types, 8 probable high-risk types, and 13 low-risk strains.
