INTRODUCTION
TopPURE® VIRAL DNA/RNA EXTRACTION KIT is manufactured based on silica column membrane technology according to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, allowing high quality DNA/RNA to be obtained. The use of VBL lysis buffer allows effective lysis of various input samples including cultured cells, bacteria, tissues, surface swabs, smear samples (medical), throat/nasal swabs, serum, plasma, and whole blood samples from humans and mammals.
