INTRODUCTION
TopPURE® Maga Genomic DNA/RNA EXTRACTION KIT provides an optimal solution in time, economy and efficiency for the extraction and collection of DNA/RNA. The chemicals in the kit are in an undivided form to provide customers with flexibility in usage, saving chemicals and consumables when testing on a small number of samples. Additionally, the use of proteinase K brings the effective extraction of various input sample types. The entire process is automated within 23-30 minutes for 96 samples on different machines, targeting agents such as Sars-CoV-2, HPV, NGN/CHT, GBS, Salmonella, Listeria, etc.

DATA EXPERIMENT
Figure 1: The results of comparing the purity of 3 different kit for DNA viruses (A-ASFV) and RNA (B-avian influenza) were obtained. The 10% suspension samples then diluted 10 times with PBS Buffer. The results confirm that the quality of ABT kit is equivalent to the foreign supplies.
