INTRODUCTION
TopPURE® HPV DNA Extraction Kit is based on silica column technology according to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards which allows to obtain high quality shrimps.
The kit is designed for the extraction of a variety of starting materials for HPV, including cell cultures, bacteria, suspensions, surface swabs, medical swabs, throat/ nose swabs, serum, plasma and whole blood samples from humans and mammals.

- Input samples: cultured cells and bacteria, suspension, surface swabs, fluid smear (medical), serum/plasma, whole blood, urine, saliva.
- Input sample volume: 200 µL
- Elution buffer: 50 µL DNA
- Time-saving: 30 minutes /10 samples
- OD: A260/A280 = 1.7 – 2.2
- Storage: Buffers can be stored dry at room temperature. Proteinase K and RNA Carrier are stored at 2-8oC
