Introduction
EZ01 is a fully automatic molecular biology testing device, integrating extraction and detection of nucleic acid of pathogens using Real-time PCR method. The system operates automatically and simplifies the testing technician’s operations, maximizing detection 16 targets per test. Fast testing time, small size, no need to switch tubes from extraction to PCR during the process. Nucleic acid extraction based on the magnetic particle method is compatible with many reagent systems. When it is necessary to detect multiple samples, multiple devices can be used in parallel, flexible and convenient to use. Technicians only need to load the input sample, read the Real-time PCR results and conclude the test results.
